Drama can be a powerful religious communication tool as well as being entertaining while conveying messages of hope, peace and spiritual enlightenment. The Palm Players program uses drama for this purpose.

The program is open to everyone. Members make new friends, share laughter and participate in the dramatic arts. Aspiring actors, potential directors, stage assistants, musicians, performers, stand-ins and set designers are all welcome. No experience necessary!

The schedule includes light-hearted fare as well as serious dramatic presentations about love and faith.

• Dramas - Performances by actors in a rehearsed theatrical format.
• Musicals - Musical presentations that communicate religious messages.
• Readings - Actors perform all action but carry scripts.
• Outreach - Brings performances to other churches and organizations.

The Palm Players program is directed by Dee Anderson, an experienced actress, director and performer. She has both directed and appeared in many area and regional stage productions and church drama presentations.
