Church of the Palms may schedule available space and other resource to church groups/committees, (other than regular committee meetings), provided resources are available. This form must be completed in full and submitted to the Campus Coordinator before any dates are secured on the master calendar.

After form submission, you will be notified by email within 10 business days, whether your request has been approved or not. In the event food service or publications are required you will be notified whom to contact for appointments. Applicable fees will be added to contract.

After acceptance and signed contracts are received by the church, the date will be booked on the master calendar. A completed submitted form does not constitute a contract between person/group and Church of the Palms.
