An aerobic, weight training and core workout with Pilates and yoga exercises for strength, balance and flexibility. 2-5lbs weights and a mat for floor work are recommended.
• Please bring exact change, if possible.
• Please bring your own exercise equipment (exercise ball, light weights, mats, props, etc). The church is unable to offer loaners at this time.
• Masks are required for entry to the Palms Center and around the church campus.
• Masks are not required during class and may be removed when you enter the gym.
