The Palms Center is an essential part of the ministry of the whole health and wellness of our beloved community and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to care for one another. Inspired by Silver Sneakers, this low impact class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Light weights and small ball recommended.
Stretch, grow and breathe as we explore the body through poses and the heart through scripture. Led by certified yoga instructors.

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches that can be done by anyone regardless of age. This low-impact, slow motion exercise can be done standing or in a chair. Tai Chi helps reduce stress and anxiety while also helping to increase flexibility and balance.

Trivia is defined as "little known facts or unimportant matters'" Enjoy some healthy brain movement, sprinkled with some friendly competition and lots of laughter. Cash prize given to first place team. (cost of pizza included in the $5 admission fee).
