The Palms Center is an essential part of the ministry of the whole health and wellness of our beloved community and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to care for one another. We have put in place protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment along with a great variety of activities to fit every fitness level.

All you need are 1 - 2 lb weights (or two 16oz bottles of water) and a mat.
Led by certified fitness instructor Basia Gentry, this class is for all levels.

Inspired by Silver Sneakers, this low impact class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Light weights and small ball recommended.
Stretch, grow and breathe as we explore the body through poses and the heart through scripture. Led by certified yoga instructor Brandy Gray.
Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches that can be done by anyone regardless of age. This low-impact, slow motion exercise can be done standing or in a chair. Tai Chi helps reduce stress and anxiety while also helping to increase flexibility and balance.

Smartplaye provides a safe, fun environment for ages 8-14 to build character, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through the use of intelligent play, we can encourage love, health, and well-being in every child. Organization founded and led by coach Adam Khorshid.
