The Palms Center is an essential part of the ministry of the whole health and wellness of our beloved community and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to care for one another. We have put in place protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment along with a great variety of activities to fit every fitness level.
* Upon entry to the Palms Center, enjoy a complimentary, refreshing cup of water infused with seasonal fresh fruit to keep you hydrated!
* Have peace of mind knowing our facility is equipped with Anti-viral Reme Halo air purification system that cleans and sanitizes the air every 8 minutes!
* Visitors to the Palms Center are encouraged to wash and santize hands frequently.

All you need are 1 - 2 lb weights (or two 16oz bottles of water) and a mat.

Inspired by Silver Sneakers, this low impact class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Light weights and small ball recommended.

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches that can be done by anyone regardless of age. This low-impact, slow motion exercise can be done standing or in a chair. Tai Chi helps reduce stress and anxiety while also helping to increase flexibility and balance.
