The Palms Center is an essential part of the ministry of the whole health and wellness of our beloved community and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to care for one another. We have put in place protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment along with a great variety of activities to fit every fitness level.
  • Upon entry to the Palms Center, enjoy a complimentary, refreshing cup of water infused with seasonal fresh fruit to keep you hydrated!
  • Have peace of mind knowing our facility is equipped with Anti-viral Reme Halo air purification system that cleans and sanitizes the air every 8 minutes!
  • Visitors to the Palms Center are encouraged to wash and santize hands frequently.

Chair Yoga

$5 per class / Mondays 1:30-2:30PM & Fridays 12:15-1:15PM

Stretching, breathing and practicing balance, all from the security of a chair.  This modified practice promotes health, flexibility, mobility and vitality for all ages, and makes yoga accessible to everyone. Led by certified yoga instructors: Karen Moore on Mondays & Brandy Gray on Fridays. 

Firm Believers

Mondays & Fridays | 9AM-10:00AM $3 per class

Inspired by Silver Sneakers, this low impact class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.  Light weights and small ball recommended.  Class led by instructor Susan Ramos. 

Fusion & Vitality Class

Mondays & Wednesdays 10:30AM-11:30AM $5 per class

Vitality & Fusion Classes

Our “Vitality & Fusion” Classes are fun, upbeat, and low impact incorporating aerobics for the heart, resistance bands and weights to tone, and aspects of Pilates and Barre for the core with Pilates Ring or body weight, and Yoga postures for balance and flexibility. Led by certified instructor Basia Gentry.

Gentle Grace Yoga

Mondays 12PM-1:00PM & Fridays 10:30-11:45AM

Stretch, grow, balance, and flow as we explore the body through beginner-friendly yoga poses and mindful breathing to support optimal health and well-being. Led by certified Yoga instructors, Karen Moore on Mondays & Brandy Gray on Fridays.

Tai Chi

Wednesdays | 9AM-10AM | $5 per class

In this low-impact, slow-motion exercise, we go through a series of gentle movements which work throughout the entire body in a flowing sequence, which can be done both standing or in a chair. Led by certified instructor Leslie Harris-Senac.

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Open Play

This fun sport, which can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels, combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Please wear sneakers. Protective eyewear required. Loaner equipment available.

Smartplaye Youth Basketball

Fridays 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm | $3 per session

Smartplaye provides a safe, fun environment for ages 8-14 to build character, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through the use of intelligent play, we can encourage love, health, and well-being in every child.  Organization founded and led by coach Adam Khorshid.

Table Tennis

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays | $5

Table Tennis a.k.a ping pong, is an indoor game based on tennis, played with small paddles and a ball bounced on a table divided by a net.  All ages and skill levels are welcome to this fun sport.  Loaner equipment available.

Tuesdays 11:00a – 2:00p

Wednesdays 12p-3pm

Fridays 2:00p – 5:00p

Saturdays 1pm-4pm

Trivia Night

Normally held on the second Monday of the month | 5:30 – 8:00 pm | $5 (inc. pizza)

Trivia is defined as “little-known facts or unimportant matters”. Enjoy some healthy brain movement, sprinkled with some friendly competition and lots of laughter. Cash prize given to first place team. Pizza provided.
