During this special 4-week series, we’ll be introduced to the proven benefit of the Arts in our daily lives. We’ll learn about the research, be introduced to different forms of art… dance, music, visual arts, laughter and drama…and discover the power these art forms have in helping to overcome life challenges and contribute to our overall sense of well-being. No artistic talent is needed; come and explore how to tap into your own creative energy and strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit through the Arts. All sessions are interactive, relaxing, and fun!
