Christ-centered ministry providing weekly educational opportunities and emotional support for Family Caregivers – for those individuals providing care for loved ones with life-altering or end-of-life diagnoses.

To provide assistance and companionship for those family caregivers who are supporting a person living with any life-altering diagnosis all along their journey as they walk their loved one home.

CAREGIVER EDUCATION

Classroom instruction taught by subject-matter experts touching on both well-being issues and specific problems encountered when dealing with life-altering diagnoses:
